PS Vita Firmware Update 1.65 Replaced with 1.66
After it was taken down due to technical difficulties, Sony has replaced the defunct firmware update with 1.66. It’s the exact same update, except, now it’s fully functional.Additionally, while it's not officially documented, 1.66 also enables PlayStation Minis support for PlayStation Plus users.
