MMO2GO: Star Legends Phase 1

A lot of us at Unbound Gamer are fans of MMO’s. In fact, most of us have in the past or are currently playing through one. We have a wide range of tastes and experiences with the genre and love to get into discussions on the topic. Yet in all of our discussion, we have yet to really get into the issue of MMO’s on the mobile platform.

So this got me to thinking that its high time there was a column dedicated to the topic. So welcome to ‘MMO2GO’, a weekly column dedicated to the ins and outs of the world of mobile MMO’s. Over the course of four weeks I will be looking at different aspects of a mobile MMO and reporting back to you our readers on my experience. At the end of the four weeks I will say good-bye to one MMO and move on to the next one. I would love to get some reader input on what they which mobile MMO’s they would like explored and what things they are interested in reading about.

To begin the column I will be spending the next four weeks in Spacetime Studios’ Star Legends: The Blackstar Chronicles. I will be leveling as far as I can in that time, exploring the different aspects of the game, from exploration, crafting and leveling to the more social aspects of the game like community, guilds and grouping.
